Through the website forms we only collect the information you provide: full name or company name, email, phone, installation area, equipment details and the content of your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request, send you a quote and schedule the inspection. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for as long as required by applicable law.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For the technical operation of the website and email delivery we use hosting and email providers acting as data processors.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@metroncert.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
